As a result HQ informed me the item was confirmed as being dispatched on a date that was in the future? It was disappointing to have to correct this and chase the item…however I won’t be too harsh as this is a charity. But would certainly recommend the charity tightens up on processes 🙏🏻

It would have been better to pack in inside the bag with some kind of protection. I’m very happy with them it’s just an observation for future book postage. Good communication I always support BHF important charity. Good value as described packing could be improved for delicate items like old books.Job Lot of 6 Observer's Books - Nature Titles CG C90 (#376264903032)
