Unfortunately, I did mix up the bracelets (NOT with a cheap $30 one btw) and as soon as she contacted me I sent a return label and offered to ship the correct one for free - no reply. I also refunded ONE hour after the return arrived. Mistakes happen and I am blindsided by this and feel sorry for her in a way - she leaves excessive negative feedback, is blocked by many sellers - angry/sad person I think :(
