Very grateful for that because not all shippers go the extra mile to make sure that your item arrives in pristine condition! Also, I had accidentally ordered #1 photo but wanted #2. I immediately contacted the seller and they were happy to send me the one I originally wanted because they hadn't shipped anything yet. I highly recommend this company.
