Basically received 10 Home and 10 Pro now. Very patient and kind seller. Took the time to make things RIGHT!! Can't beat that value!

It shipped pretty quickly, but without much packing material. It did arrive safely and the lid fit well, too. But I returned it because it is not colored glass (it's clear glass tinted with a film that began coming off when I washed it). But the return process was easy and my refund was issued within an hour of me taking it to the post office. Seller was very courteous throughout the entire experience.
