Ebay is very much 50 50 in buying half is finding the item the half is buying from a good seller. In error only 1 coach was packaged. When I contacted the seller they immediately responded and promptly sent the missing items. He is clearly out of his depth and/or has been misinformed, and some of the items were very mislabled. However, he was very gracious with (diplomatic for sure)correction, worked with me, and accepted a fair offer. Coming from Canada to U.S. the items were well packed, and shipment was slightly delayed once it crossed the border to here (clearly not his fault). Overall very pleased with the purchase of 3 brass locomotives.
