Postage was quick considering customs, when arrived the package was open, a club was missing or stolen. But once spoken to seller about packaging they were quick to help and advised next steps. Unfortunately, the clubs arrived 3 days late due to the delivery company, FedEx misplacing them somewhere along the route and being unable to locate them. I requested a return as I purchased another set of clubs and Global Golf was great about processing the return including excellent communication throughout the process.
