The box was tightly wrapped in shipping plastic, to protect it during shipping. It was very "professionally" wrapped. The shipping was VERY fast, & through UPS, vs USPS. I contacted Stephen with a question, to which I received a very prompt & polite reply. The item appeared better than online photos, & was an excellent value for the price. The package I received, was not what I ordered. The color was wrong. I reached out to the seller. They were very responsive, and quickly worked to solve the issue. They issued me a refund while they checked to see if they had the correct item in stock. They did, so they have reshipped the correct top.
