Unfortunately, the item inside was completely destroyed—Not slightly damaged, but shattered into a pile of pieces with two arms, two feet, and a bit rubber head. Clearly, this was not the seller’s fault. The item looked as if something heavy was dropped on it en route. I sent the seller a picture and they immediately issued a refund without hesitation. This is my favorite keyboard, and I was thrilled to find it in such excellent used condition for such a fair price. The item came packaged in a box that was slightly too small, and USPS isn't known for paying attention to "fragile" being written on the box, so the box was damaged in one corner which thankfully didn't affect the keyboard.
