Not posted from within UK, so took a while to arrive from abroad, when initially queried postage delay, this seller said delay was from courier side, but few days later i received a notification it went through customs, I complained that they falsely advertised item from UK as initially said 2-3 days postage, which i called the seller out for. But delay aside, everything else is fine. When I requested a refund, they lied and said the item had already been shipped, but never updated the tracking number. After that, they stopped responding to my requests for updates, and only issued a refund after I filed a non-delivery claim. This is the worst seller — buying from them is nothing but a waste of time.
