The were very well packed in bubble wrap and were shipped in a sparkly, gold mailer. They are just as described, and they are in superb condition. The Price was excellent, and the shipping was free. The boots are unique; they have cut-out designs which make them really stand out! They look so elegant and fancy on the doll. I'm so pleased with the boots and the marvelous service!
