Once I contacted the seller, they worked with me to come up with an acceptable solution. This was packaged extremely well and it was through no fault of the seller that the item arrived damaged. Even though it is broken it was just as pretty in person as it looked in the photos. Thank you to the seller for making what could have been a very upsetting situation have a positive outcome!
