The planter was in too small of a box with little padding, box width is 10.5”, planter is about 9.5 inches. Box weakened from prior use, so planter broke during handling. One candlestick broke, one didn't. This is the third refund request and had to get eBay involved. Seller then offered $10 partial refund, so I have that hassle. I’ve bought 500+ items in the last year on eBay, about half is some form of planter. I'm sure glad eBay will intervene in difficult transactions. I suggest all buyers to take pics and document any breakage just in case you come across a seller like this. Of all the approx 250 breakable purchases I've made in 12 months, about 20 have broken in shipping.
