Tracking showed USPS had sent the package across the state during delivery, instead of directly to my local post office. Last time this happened, that package arrived a month late. That seller only replied, "Don't worry, it will get there". Same thing here - no help from seller. This time, the delay was only two days, no big deal, not a month late. Other than that, the company was very nice and easy to work with. Handled the situation very professionally. Issued a refund quickly. I purchased a water pressure gauge from them which was defective.After contacting them they immediately offered a refund or another gauge. I opted for the gauge and it arrived in triple padded envelope. They are now my first go to for marine related purchases! 5 stars!
