Prior to sale, seller confirmed item is new. Item arrived with sticky tape around the box. There was over 7 lego bags missing from the box! Seller then stopped replying . Only after Ebay stepped in, did the seller start replying. Ebay advised me not to arrive at the seller’s house for the return. Got my money back eventually through ebay money back guarantee. When it did arrive the item was damaged due to being sent in a bag with no packaging. Seller then did not respond to message following this. Would avoid using this seller given this interaction and overall experience with them.

I PURCHASED THESE HEADPHONES AS I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE A NICE SET TO USE WHILST I AM AWAY. THEY WERE ALL PURCHASED FINE AND THEN I SUDDENLY GOT AN EMAIL TO SAY THAT THE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED AND I AM REFUNDED. THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME TO TELL ME WHAT WAS HAPPENING ATALL WHICH MAKES THE SITUATION EVEN WORSE!!! THEY HAVE NOW RELISTED FOR A HIGHER PRICE WHICH JUST GOES TO SHOW HOW NEGATIVE THEY REALLY ARE!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
