Strange since the rules said that you can't do that ...according to what I read, you must say you don't want the product a day before the time runs out. Hmmmmmmm

I recd the items broken and crystals broken off in package from very poor shipping pracrices. Heads of crystals were completely bald and bare where you should see shards of long crystals. Took pics, sent him more picks and now over a month later, he wants to see all original packaging....seriously?? I will be filing for refund of my money paid for a product i did not receive as advertised.
