I changed my details to a UK address multiple times and it continued to revert to the Irish address. I even logged a call with your support service asking how this could be done but received no reply. The value was incredible, the only observation is that the item was described as having no damage, however one of the cups was visibly cracked with a chip on the inside. The crack was dark and there was no loose china in the cup leading me to believe that this was not caused in transit. As previously mentioned, it was packaged perfectly, not saying it couldn't have happened during delivery but the inference reads otherwise.
