It was a coin. That's not something that's hard to ship. I also contacted them twice, and they replied to the first message (after TWO days), but then I had to contact them again for the tracking number, and they didn't write me back. I bought a $1300 item. There was a serious power outage in Spain, France, and Portugal, which left us without power for 12 hours, 100% darkness.
