Each time I asked about the status, I was met with vague responses and when I directly asked whether the book had been shipped, they stopped replying altogether. The only good thing was that I received a refund. I had hoped to reorder the book, but at this point I don’t know if they ever had it. The whole experience felt misleading and untrustworthy. I cannot recommend this seller.
