We ordered a $100 Kimono from Japan, and one month later we received a $1 Hello Kitty plastic case (empty) with a declared value of 10,299 yen! Was this a scam? Seller was apologetic though, and after plenty of emailing back and forth, sent a replacement Kimono by FedEx, with no extra charge, so it got here on time--we are happy to see it!
