Seller was very helpful and offered a couple of resolutions. As I could not use the facial cream, I asked for a full refund which seller agreed to. Based on this transaction, I will buy from this buyer again. Giving buyer 5 star for very good after sale service and was very polite and pleasant to deal with. Thank you.
