They offered me the same shoe but different color. I chose to have them send me the pink pair of V-Soul shoes. They shipped from Japan but arrived in just a few days. I was shocked at how fast they arrived! This seller has great communication, great customer service & quality products. I'd order from them again. I love them. Excellent value.

I set a custom message explaining it was an upcoming birthday gift and they replied understanding the situation and shipped it ASAP. I have never had such amazing service like this and will buy more things from this seller. Condition: Amazing, well packaged, had an extra box that was actually cut in a way so the lid flaps open fully and does not damage the items box. Definitely worth the price.

Some are very visible and deep scratch, some are thin and not very visible. I actually hope the condition is better than this, but overall okay. the value are okay compare from other stores.
