My refund was prompt and seller communicated immediately to solve the issue. My item arrived broken through no fault of seller....the package looked like postal service did NOT handle with care even though the items were wrapped and box was marked fragile. I am confused by the negative feedback in that the problem was resolved immediately as the buyer sent me a message. I hope you as the viewer will review other feedback items in making your judgement. I am proud of my work here on Ebay and strive to do an amazing job with each purchase.
