Seller in this case was fine but unfortunately this is happening too often on ebay. In most cases the sellers now are just middleman for Amazon & Walmart. They're mostly foreign & don't respond well to issues or not at all. The keycaps look like they do in the advertisement. You can tell where these keycaps were broken away from the plastic mold (see pic). This isn't a big problem for me because at this price, these keycaps are a value.
