After 10 days my item still hadn’t shipped I contacted seller who lied and said customs were the hold up and he would find another carrier which makes no sense, but a tracking label had never printed. After another week still no tracking number printed and I messaged again and advised either ship my package or refund my money and a couple days later it was finally shipped then two more weeks to get to me. Seller communication was pathetic
