I ordered a very expensive putter and when I received it, it had slight damage due to shipping once I investigated a little more. It was a mallet and has very jagged edges and due to the mishandling of the shipping company pierced the box. The seller was very understanding and offered my refund immediately. Very professional seller and recommend to anyone.
