Quickly contacted seller to request full refund. Poor communication and reluctant to issue refund. Have returned the item as requested by the seller - this was received by them on 2/8/25 and repeatedly get a message from them saying that ‘we will check it and process the refund’ we are still waiting for the refund three weeks later, not sure how many times that they need to check!!!
