Included tools, I didn't need them, but it's a very nice touch. Battery install was simple enough. Appears legit, charging takes longer because it's almost twice the size of the old unit. Battery life is definitely improved, going to vary on games you run. Spider-Man 2 eats through it, but I can easily get over 5hrs based on testing in lighter games, huge improvement. Well worth the buy, would purchase from again.

Also, there's no tape included, so I had to use double sided tape to glue the thing, so it hold. For the performance, it doubled my legion go's battery life. Note that I haven't gamed on it yet, just browsing and watching movies. 5 hours in and it got down to 64% (on battery saving mode).

Was told by previous owner it just needed a new bake element (everything else on oven worked fine). Replaced the bake element, but it still did not work. Searched reddit and discovered it may be a faulty control board. Found Nick's on Ebay and sent in my board. Process was quick, professional, exactly as advertised, and they communicated at every step. AND the repair was successful! All the stars!
