It seemed to be dealt with behind the scenes, but I didn't see a direct response back, and I won't lie that it made me feel a little left in the dark. But I don't think it'd be fair to rate the experience anything short of positive just because of that, because the figures arrived as pictured and undamaged, and I'm really happy with them. They were very fairly priced, and super cute too! Thank you.
