As soon as it arrived to his house he said he had installed them on his computer and there is some sound from one. Right away hinted he wanted a partial refund. He then became explicit with what he wanted and it was indeed a hefty partial. Offered a full refund if he returned the item. As soon as I said that, he now want to keep the supposedly defective fan installed and only will accept a partial refund.
