Had to contact eBay where they finally got them to message me the address and then sent me money to pay for the shipping. Shipped it and it got returned to me and the tracking updated say it’s due to “addressee unknown”. So they gave me an invalid address to ship it back.

They don't honor the purchase agreement regarding the returns. I have been trying to get them to send me the return label as agreed before purchase so that I can get my money back on this dress because it was not as pictured. I will never buy from them again and I will never buy a dress for an important event on Ebay at all, because even Ebay has not honored their money back guarantee. You are on your own if you buy here!
