  Unfortunately they couldn't send me the item as it wasn't in the best of condition when they were about to despatch it. They contacted me straight away to inform me of the issue and offered me a full refund. Great service and honesty, some sellers would have just sent it and hoped for the best. I would still use and recommend them.

  No issues with the seller, but I have issues with the parcel service used. The delivery service (Yodel), claim to have left it in my porch, which isn’t true, as I don’t have a porch.Presumably it was left on my doorstep, and has been stolen. I have contacted Yodel, who informed me that Sat Nav has shown that it has been delivered, and this would appear to be it. I’m sure the product would have been good, and looked forward to receiving it, but Yodel have been most unhelpful.

  I use ebay a lot for my hobby and never had a problem before but this seller is bad I purchased rc wheels but when they arrived I had 3 wheels all the same and one odd also had plastic tyres not rubber as advertised contacted the seller a number of times to be told I would get a part refund which I've not got also this seller is in China and not.in the UK as advertised please stay away from this seller for your own good
