The only downside was the packing. Both of the controllers were damaged, with one of them having broken controller sticks. I was able to glue them back on, so it's still usable, but it was disappointing seeing broken items. The drones were also scuffed up with broken props. Thankfully it included spare props. Good seller overall, just needs better packing.

Had a little problem with the battery not taking a charge and the seller was so gracious and immediately responded and took care of the issue right away. Couldn’t ask for a better situation. Would love everybody to be as good as this seller and again thank you so much best regards Randy

Seller responded quickly and didn't hesitate to offer a refund. I would do business with them again and have another of their items in my cart currently.
