    Seller sent items (VW oil filters) made in China - NOT the OEM ones that were pictured in listing, made in Czech republic. Maybe the Chinese made filters are fine and maybe not. After numerous emails back and forth, they did refund HALF the cost of the two filters purchased asking me to re-do my negative rating. I emailed them back saying I wanted a full refund and they finally, grudgingly did. Don t think I will be using this seller again though maybe this is a one-off situation?
