Seller responded promptly and sent a replacement. Easy peasy. But it didn't work! This time the seller went out of their way to test the horn before sending and, again, posted promptly. Seller went to all this trouble for a low value item, communicated quickly at every stage and has saved me a problem with my work Secret Santa. Exceptional service in every respect.
