Item was very poorly packaged, console was in just cardboard box with panels dislodged. No peanuts or packing material included. Item is defective, will not display anything and when powered on is EXTREMELY hot immediately. No power cord per description. Appearance worse then described. I will have to go through ebay for return/refund since seller is non responsive. Terrible store, do not recommend.

Packaging was terrible. One small sheet of bubble wrap. I contacted immediately they took a full 24 hours to respond then acted like they did not care. I offered to let them work to resolve and they were not interested and told me to return it. The item has been sitting at their post office for a week. They won't go pick it up. I still don't have a refund. Seller has had possession of this item for a full week after letting it sit at the post office for a full week. So here I sit for two full weeks waiting for this person to do the right thing. Has not even responded to paypal's request for information from December 27th. We offer free returns on all of our items. All you have to do is send it back for a refund if there are any issues.
