The seller’s shipping time and lack of communication was unacceptable. It took nearly a month to provide a shipping number and the seller barely communicated. Other than that the item was a pretty good deal, and looked mostly the same as in the listing images.

It arrived very quickly once shipped, was expertly packed and was in pristine condition upon arrival. Price was great, box and unit appear unused as advertised. My only criticism is the time it took for my item to ship. Took about 20 days for me. But once it landed in the US it was delivered in only 3 days! Communication with the seller was also very quick and the seller was also very polite. I would for sure recommend this seller and if I ever need anything else in the future I would consider buying from them again. :)

We compared prices with other sellers and their offer was a better value. Communication with the seller has been excellent! He answered all my questions and he was extremely honest. He let us know that it would have to be modified and he couldn't refund us if we chose to modify it ourselves which I understand, but my son was abIe to modify it to the US with ease.
