The seller was understandably upset and skeptical if I was trying to scam them, and we went back and forth a few times, then the seller issued a refund. So it was a bit of a hassle but understandable in the end, and the seller made it right. The lens was well packaged and promptly shipped, it was just a matter of unclear photos concealing the fungus.
