Some more packing material like bubble wrap could have been added inside the box to protect the reeds in shipping. Only prob was the hat was strangely small in size even though it is a Large/ X large flexfit hat. Not sellers falt at all cause he did not make the hat him self. It must have been something weird going on At the Hurley factory in china the day this hat was made. But still a great seller that i would buy from again.
