The moment I made my purchased they reached out to ask if there was anyway they could improve my experience with them. Throughout the whole process they updated me and kept a like of communication open with me. The package came in securely with no damages. If you are ever going to buy any collectable from Japan I absolutely recommend this seller even if it isn't on their catalog they are open to try and help you.10/10 definitely buying from them again
