The lock arrived as promised and was fitted after a week or so and worked perfectly. After a couple of weeks it failed I contacted the supplier. They replied with saying we were beyond 30 days so no warranty and just sent a link to the American manufacturers main corporate offices telling me to contact them. Useless people.
