Then after a week of the tracking number not working it was revealed that the parcel was in fact untracked and it's location couldn't be determined. Then there was multiple claims of urging or prompting the 'courier' to deliver the untracked package quickly. I still used and u fortunately broke the unit as it was not what I needed. Contacted seller, not looking for any outcome but just to let them know the issue and that I had since broken it so was unable to return. The seller was very generous and helpful. The product failure was entirely my fault but the seller was very helpful. Will use them again and recommend to all
