Once I received and realized the issue I just made sure they fit which they did before reaching out to return just decided to keep to not have to wait for corrects parts or refund. Super fast shipping. All shocks were new in the box. And the price was fair for a set of four

Due to our head on collision and injuries, it took a while to get our car to the shop and get it back.We have had cold weather so have not gotten out as much. We had to get to medical appointments. The struts are horrible in the cold.Worse than the old struts. Spoke to my mechanic yesterday and he said if they can be returned, do so. What is the process like?
