USPS had the package but couldn't say where it was. It finally turned up in Wisconsin with no estimate of delivery date. I contacted this seller and he sent a second part to arrive right away so I could get my dryer working again. This was a great help to my family! Very grateful to this seller! The shipping was quick, the price was reasonable, and the advert did mention that this was removed from an open-box product. When I found the defect and initiated the return, the vendor quickly accepted the return (it was within their policy) and promptly refunded. Although I had bad luck on the product, the vendor's behavior makes me confident to buy from again.
