However USPS was careless, somebody within USPS system made a wrong decision and thus the item moved through multiple processing locations in multiple states before arriving two weeks later.

Shipped fast. seller did not bundle shipping cost, but did ship them in the same package. If you’re going to charge per item, at least bundle the shipping.
