I didn’t need the sizing kit as I downsized from my Oura old ring. Shipping cost seemed a little high based on how long it took to receive - but seller shipped it extremely securely and quickly and it’s hard to base that on seller - it’s more of an issue with FedEx.

Unfortunately this seller doesn't take returns so I had to get eBay involved and after much communication with the seller restarting/ uninstalling the app...it still wouldn't connect.
