Secondly, to say that they have done an amazing job on customer service and resolving my problem they are sending me a replacement for the default and I am now waiting for my replacement that they sent me to arrive any day now I’m 100% happy about how they resolved the problem!

Never provided a tracking number. After filing a dispute with eBay, I am finally shipped a set. Only it was a 2 pack, not 4. Opened another dispute with eBay for them to close it saying there's no issue. There is an issue! I purchased 4 locks and only received 2. And to boot, the seller sends it through Amazon! I should have bought it through Amazon myself. F*** this seller and f*** eBay!
