They were prompt and fast and gracious. This sellers is an honest and ethical person and I would do business with them in the future. The item was shipped in a safe package and I was able to reuse their packing to send the item back. The refund process was easy and the shipping was free. I highly recommend this seller due to their ethical treatment of me in this situation.

Product itself is in immaculate condition. It is indeed complete and in near mint condition. All components are present; box itself is free from dents, dings or blemishes. Added penguin miniatures into a storage container of my own. Not a single complaint. Well done, seller!
