I was expecting to see a parts list and an "owners manual" that describes how to properly use the track cleaning car. I sent the seller a message 7 days ago, asking if there should've been some factory paperwork inside the box, but the seller has not replied yet. Item was well packaged and shipped fast. Seller gets NO stars for communication after the sale.
