The seller printed a shipment label, but did not drop off the item after a week. I contacted them on 2 consecutive days as a courtesy, but they ignored my messages. I did get a response on the 4th day after reporting to Ebay that I never received it. The seller states they never had the item and would cancel it, but 3 days later no refund.
