They state that it'll be sent in 10 business days but it with turn into 15 or more, they probably ship once to twice a month. Your item could show up looking used like one of the reels I purchased from them that had to be returned. The only positive thing is that they accept returns.

My only caution is that he doesn't ship until 10 days after payment, which may be tied to Japanese postal operation; not clear on that. So be aware if you need the item immediately. But I would do business with him again.

Bought the 25th of July, shipped the 5th of August and arrived the 12th (Japan - mainland Europe). The seller contacts you post purchase with additional shipping information and warns that it takes 10 business day for shipping. Package arrived safely but the original box got damaged, although I do not mind since the figure was perfectly fine. The figure is brand new, as described. 100% recommend!
